more kitchen work

We have the last bank of cabinets in and the sink and the faucet. It is sooo nice! Marshall did a great job. Some of the really cool features that you cannot see are...the cold water is filtered, and a brand new garbage disposal! The drawers to the furthest left are file cabinet drawers. The drawer that holds the silver ware slides back to expose the drawer that has serving utensils. There is also a slide out cutting board. We all love it! so, now the dinig room floor and the kitchen floor. We have decided to take the laminate flooring on into the dining room but we haven't decided about the kitchen. We also have to figure out what we are going to do about the wall behind the sink. Any suggestions on flooring and wall treatments?

Our Anniversary Gift

We have finished the floor and bought a new couch and love seat.
We have been married 19 years now....
That went fast.
And then I just put a picture of Melanie because I love her!

Floor is almost done

We just have to put on the baseboards and do some touch ups on the hallway. I love it....love it...love it!

Texas Weather...I tell ya!

Here are some pictures of the storm we had Tuesday night. The top picture is over the church...notice the sky is black...now look in the reflection of the window. You can see the blue sky and white fluffy clouds. God's work amazes me. This is the storm that created all the tornadoes in Ok. Hardly, anyone showed up for basketball and cheer leading practice. By the time I left the church at 8:45pm.- the sky here was clear and you could see the stars. Texas Weather!

NEW FLOORS! WOO HOO!

Ok. I am so excited. Today we are going to lay our new laminate flooring. Last weekend we pulled up all the carpet in the living room and hallway. We have purchased the laminate and are ready to begin. Here are the before pictures.

The Ice Storm

These are taken BEFORE I slipped and fell and got a concussion.

Upward

Upward is in full swing. We are about to have our 3rd game this coming Saturday. Marshall has been reffing and Ethan has been helping with the concession stand. Marshall does his volunteer and I pay Ethan in nachos. Ha!
I have to admit that after game day... I am exhausted! You'd think I had been playing basketball all day long with as tired as I am.

Marshall's Job

So, Last night Marshall had The Red River Speedway Banquet. It was a big deal.. he planned it and put it on. It was a success!

Trampoline Fun

Carolyn got a new camera for Christmas. It was recommended by my younger brother, Jon. Here are some pictures the kids took today. I t looks like they had fun.

Starting a blog

Well, I decided to start one of these thingys. We will see if I keep it up. The Trembley's have a lot going on in 2009.

1. Marshall has a new job.

2. Tammy has gone back to school. Physical conditioning, Psychology and US History.

3. Tammy has also taken in the Upward Sports League at First Baptist Church, along with her other responsibilities.

4. Marshall is working diligently on getting the kitchen finished.

5. 3 children all involved in school activities... Evan is playing church league basketball, Carolyn is golfing, Ethan has an art show coming up. I'm excited baut that...so is he.

6. I started a women's Bible study.
